Neville was admitted to the Bar in 1990. He has extensive experience at both trial and appellate levels. He joined More Chambers in 2009 and specialises in criminal law and professional regulatory matters. In particular, he has practised in white collar crime, workplace health and safety and environmental prosecutions. He has been briefed by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, the Legal Services Commission, various State Government Departments, Legal Aid Queensland as well as private firms.
Prior to joining More Chambers, Neville held the roles of Senior Crown Prosecutor with the Queensland DPP, Deputy Public Defender for Queensland and Senior Prosecutor for a United Nations International War Crimes Tribunal.
