TENTATIVE DATES AND CANCELLATIONS

Date reservations may be made either as a CONFIRMED booking or as a TENTATIVE booking pending confirmation.

If a date is reserved tentatively and is not confirmed within one week of the tentative booking being made, we reserve the right to remove the tentative booking.

Please note that once a date is CONFIRMED a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Mediation Fee will be payable if the date is cancelled within 14 days of the appointed date for mediation.

A CONFIRMED date can only be cancelled and removed with the consent of all parties.
