After ascertaining Jeff’s availability through this Calendar and you confirm the date with the other parties involved, please contact Jeff’s office and speak with Gail to secure the date.

SPECULATIVE MATTERS
Before a speculative matter can be booked in, it will be necessary to speak with Jeff directly in the first instance with a brief summary of the case.

TENTATIVE DATES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a tentative booking, please contact Jeff’s office as above.  Unfortunately, we cannot hold tentative dates for more than one week and after that time these dates will be released unless you ring and secure an extension.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide as much notice as possible as the demand for dates means that the calendar fills quickly.
