Biography

Courtney was called to the Queensland Bar in 2025.

Prior to commencing practice at the Bar, Courtney had a history of over 15 years within the insurance industry.

She started her career at the largest CTP Insurer in Queensland, before moving to private practice in 2018.

Courtney’s experience, both in-house and in private practice, provides invaluable insight when acting for either a defendant or plaintiff in personal injury litigation.

Courtney’s practice is predominantly focused on personal injuries, including CTP, workers’ compensation, and public liability, with an avid interest in catastrophic matters.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), as well as an AMusA in Piano.
